free-form loaf, left to rise longer than the last loaf
in starter news, i’ve actually killed mine by forgetting to feed it. all the liquid separated out and it appeared to be dead.
luckily, i had put some in the freezer on the first of the month which i am now leaving out to defrost. it seems the yeast is still active since new bubbles are forming on the surface! hooray!
